I think Ava looks like Animal from the Muppets. I am not sure I see styling in Lauren's future...

The upside to sick kids...

Both of the little ones are sick and as a result... GRUMPY!! Ethan pulled Ava's hair and was sent to time-out. A minute later they were calling me, "Mom! Mom!" I turned around and they were hugging on each other. Of course, I completely forgot that Ethan was in time out. Oops! They sure know how to work their parents!

"Eat more of your food!"

The kids are not feeling well... Ava has the croup and Ethan is well on his way. Their appetites are not what they are supposed to be (if it is even possible to eat less than nothing). When I told Ava she needed to take a few more bites she dropped her head down on the table and said, "no thanks." It is pretty hard to argue with this face.
