Merry Christmas!!!!

The kids (and the PARENTS) made out like bandits. Thank you to everyone! What an amazing day... here are some pictures from our wonderful Christmas morning!

Christmas Eve!

Last night was great.. Roy built a fire and we baked some cookies for Santa! We have some terrific Christmas pop up books so we read those to the kids and after we tucked them into bed we went to work building the playhouse, filling stockings and putting out the presents! It was a really fantastic Christmas Eve.

Roy is horrified that I like Ethan's hair long and spiked. It is here to stay, baby! I think he looks like Jack Frost...

Still snowing....

It has been snowing for about 14 hrs now! Roy has shoveled the driveway once and it is covered again! Tonight we were sitting in the living room and Courtney noticed it was REALLY coming down... we thought it was just the wind blowing the fallen snow around but it was actually a huge icy shower. We ran to the door and jumped around like a bunch of idiots! :-)

First big snowfall of the year!

When I woke up this morning the snow was just starting to fall. Five hours later it still hasn't stopped! It is pretty stinking cold..but we love it! There is more on the ground just this morning than any of our kids have seen in one shot (except for Lauren a time or two)! So pretty! Here of some shots of our house, yard and neighborhood.

Christmas Lights at Sharon Woods!

Anyone sick of hearing about Sharon Woods? WE LOVE IT! For the holiday they have a mile long loop of christmas lights and they are great!! The park is less than a mile away from us and so it it so quick to throw the kids in the car and run up there no matter what is going on... We threw the footed pajamas on the kids and off we went!

Roy has gone to Heaven without even dying!!!

Roy found Bass Pro Shop a few miles from here and he is in MAN heaven. He took all of us today and there is SO much there! A little something for everyone. They have a full Santa workshop, rock climbing wall, large aquarium, water fall and so much more...it just goes ON and ON. I am posting some pics I snapped while we were inside as well as some shots of the kids on the way home. Everyone was in a pretty good mood today! :)
